Shipping Rates
At LOQI we bend over backwards to get your order shipped by the next working day. Shipping lead time within the USA is 5-7 working days, to Canada it’s 7-10 working days. Wherever you are, we’ll get your LOQI to you in no time!
Our shipping fee is $8,99 to Continental USA and $15,00 to the island states Hawaii and Alaska. Free shipping in Continental USA from $60,00. Keep in mind deliveries to non-USA countries can incur additional duties and taxes. Be sure to look into the duties and taxes that apply in your country.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email on the day your package ships. If you have any delivery or tracking issues, we recommend reaching out to the shipping company first. They sometimes mark packages as “delivered” too early or may need more information from you. USA orders have trackable shipping with USPS. Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, no questions asked. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you, or someone you’ve chosen (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Send an email regarding the decision to withdraw from this contract to order@loqi.com. Include your name, address, telephone number and email address.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we’ll gladly refund all payments made, excluding delivery costs and extra fees for premium shipping charged at the time of purchase. Just send the goods back within 14 days of your request to meet the deadline and we’ll process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method, with no extra fees. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Just a heads-up, we may hold off on the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@loqi.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned – sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
LOQI replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@loqi.com.
Shipping
To return your product, email us at contact@loqi.com and we will advise you on the return delivery address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Vouchers
Newsletter subscribing vouchers can't be used by retailers or for distributor orders.
