Reach to the clouds. "Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower with its top in the heavens" (Genesis 11:4). God condemned these ambitious plans and quashed the construction. He changed what was once a nation with one language into numerous peoples that were spread across the face of the earth, each speaking a different language.
