LOQI x Wynwood Walls
Wynwood Walls is the world's largest outdoor street art museum and the catalyst that transformed a once-industrial corner of Miami into a global destination for street and urban contemporary art. Curated by Jessica Goldman Srebnick, the museum showcases a rotating collection of murals and sculptures by more than 130 artists from over 35 countries.The LOQI x Wynwood Walls collection continues the museum's work: elevating the artists and the genre, wherever it goes next.
Four Wynwood Walls artists — Defer, Mina Hamada, RISK and Sophie Mess — designed exclusive LOQI bags, each inspired by work they created at the museum. Mina Hamada's Shizuku floats soft abstract forms in warm pinks, blues and yellows. RISK's Anarch to Monarch sets a butterfly against his saturated color wash. Sophie Mess's Together as One opens into a single oversized bloom. Defer's Infinity traces the calligraphic movement behind his graffiti.
