Shipping Rates
At LOQI we bend over backwards to get your order shipped by the next working day. Shipping lead time within the USA is 5-7 working days, to Canada it’s 7-10 working days. Wherever you are, we’ll get your LOQI to you in no time!
Our shipping fee is $8,99 to Continental USA and $15,00 to the island states Hawaii and Alaska. Keep in mind deliveries to non-USA countries can incur additional duties and taxes. Be sure to look into the duties and taxes that apply in your country.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email on the day your package ships. If you have any delivery or tracking issues, we recommend reaching out to the shipping company first. They sometimes mark packages as “delivered” too early or may need more information from you. USA orders have trackable shipping with USPS.
